At AFBC CIC, we deliver lifelong, barrier-free support to the Armed Forces, Blue Light and NHS communities, including their families. Whether you are currently serving, a veteran, or finding your way after service, we are here to walk beside you with care and expertise.

Our approach is different. We do not offer quick fixes or impersonal handouts. Instead, we provide a holistic support model built around real people and real lives. Through our three core pillars: Welfare, Business, and Community, we address the root causes rather than just the symptoms.

From professional mental health guidance and housing advice, to bespoke employee wellbeing services and a safe, welcoming space that belongs to the community, everything we do is built to restore independence, confidence and purpose.
